A.) A grievance
is defined as:
1.) A cailm by an employee or group of
employees, the WTA or the board of education that there has been
an alleged violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of
a specific provision or group of provisions in the contract,
or an alleged discrimination or a condition affecting the employee's
health and safety.
2.) An employee complaint or complaint
by the WTA concerning the evaluation of disciplinary inflicted
on an employee shall be processed in accordance with the provisions
of this article.
B.) Whenever the
term "days" is used in this , such term shal mean regularly
scheduled school days.
